Scotts Miracle-Gro wanted to elevate their brand experience online with multiple brands, educational content, and online tools. We took a deep dive into auditing their presence online and how it could improve the at-home and in-store experiences as well.

NEW AND IMPROVED ONLINE TOOLS

Nothing is more frustrating that buying the wrong product, getting negative results, and making multiple trips to the store, especially when a retail associate is no help. Scotts launched their responsive Grass Seed Selector to help guide consumers to a positive brand experience while in-store or at home.
